These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DoubleCamVlog iPhone app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. This page is provided for transparency and App Store requirements; it is not legal advice.
1. The app
DoubleCamVlog records video with the front and back cameras simultaneously and saves the result to your photo library when you choose. Recording and compositing are intended to run on your device. Features, limits, and availability may change as we update the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DoubleCamVlog on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms and these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
3. Free features
Basic use of DoubleCamVlog is free, including picture-in-picture recording. Additional recording layouts (side-by-side and top-and-bottom) and future advanced features may require Pro.
4. Pro subscriptions and purchases
Optional Pro access unlocks additional recording layouts and any other benefits shown at purchase time. Pro may be offered as:
- Auto-renewable subscriptions (for example monthly or yearly), billed through your Apple ID; or
- A one-time (non-consumable) purchase for lifetime access, if offered.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Manage, cancel, or request refunds through Apple.
Prices are shown in the app and App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
5. Your content
You retain rights to the videos you record with DoubleCamVlog. You are responsible for having the rights and consent needed for what you record. We do not claim ownership of your media.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, record people without their knowledge where the law requires consent, or use it to infringe others’ rights.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-party services
The app may rely on Apple platforms and third parties such as RevenueCat for subscription management. Their terms also apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
